Kazim Adeoti’s First Wife, Funsho Slams Mercy Aigbe After Their Interview

kazim adeoti first wife funsho

Hours after actress Mercy Aigbe and her new husband Kazim Adeoti granted their first interview as a couple, Kazim Adeoti’s first wife Funsho has responded, slamming the actress and accusing her of cheating with her husband.

Funsho, who was seemingly angry about the statements of her estranged husband and his new wife took to Instagram to set the records straight. She outrightly stated that contrary to Kazim’s claims that his relationship with her is rock solid, she would not settle to have a second wife in her marriage.

She pointed out that she does not have a perfect union with Kazim as he claimed in the interview and expressed irritation at Kazim’s behavior.

Funsho addressed Mercy Aigbe as a sidechick and encouraged her husband to go on with whatever he had with her but leave her out of it, referring to Kazim as her “soon-to-be ex-husband.”

She then went on to call out Mercy saying that they used to be friends (Mercy denied ever knowing Funsho in the interview) and that she had begun building a relationship with her out of the admiration she had for her. The aggrieved first wife also narrated the first time she introduced Mercy to her husband, saying it was on the occasion of the latter’s 40th birthday which she had planned to surprise him.

Funsho added that Mercy Aigbe began sleeping with her husband Kazim when she (Mercy) had just been 5 months postpartum with her son Juwon whom she shares with ex-husband Lanre Gentry.

In conclusion, Funsho seemed to have counted her losses and is moving on without Kazim in her life. Read her full statement below as posted to her Instagram page;

Let’s get the record straight here, this post is regarding an interview recently going around by Media Room Hub with my soon “to be” ex-husband in one of his numerous lies, I want you all to know that in contrary to what Mr. Adeoti said I did NOT and will NEVER SETTLE to have a second wife in my marriage to him.

As for you Mercy let’s cut the crap, we were friends, but the shame and your glam lifestyle will not let you admit it, you have been sleeping with Kazim since your son was only 5 months old. I introduced you to Kazim as my friend.

I called and personally invited you and your ex-husband to the 40th surprise birthday party I did for my soon-to-be ex-husband. You were a constant friend of mine back then, I brought you close as a friend because I liked you, but you repaid me by sleeping with my husband Kazim.

“You were a problem in my marriage for YEARS, now am happy to let you know this is only the beginning of the end for you. Am DONE he’s all yours, ENJOY. Am really passed this.

Like I said in my first post “Losing someone who does not respect or appreciate you is actually a gain, not a loss” Thank you all!
